I've always been interested in human transformation and growth, and in 2005 I started taking many classes on topics including psychology, addiction, and more.
Around that same time, I started practicing yoga. I realized that yoga is a brilliant way to tap into the soul's journey, and I became interested in merging yogic practices (such as movement, breath work, and meditation) with personal transformation practices. After taking a 200-hour yoga teacher training, I've really honed in on how to effectively unite all this knowledge and share it with people in a way that they can apply to their lives.
This is how I developed my 21 and 90-day integrative programs.
Kriya is a combination of repetitive movement, mantra, and/or breath, and it creates a moving meditation that facilitates energy movement as well as evolution on the level of the body, mind, and soul. Practicing kriya helps us to refine our sensory perception, calm and stabilize our nervous systems, and expand consciousness, in addition to reducing fear, anxiety, and stress.
When I teach yoga, I weave kriya throughout the practice to support whatever intention we’re working with. Kriyas can be seated, standing, or moving, and they can range from fierce and powerful to soft and graceful; it all depends on the intention of the practice and what we’re cultivating.
Hatha yoga is the traditional style of yoga that is commonly practiced in the West, with the goal being to calm and heal the mind, body, and spirit. It unites movement with breath work and meditation, and there is a strong emphasis on proper physical alignment. While I appreciate all styles of yoga, I find Hatha yoga to be the most effective at integrating healing on all levels.
Coming from the Hatha lineage is the style of Vinyasa, where there is more of an emphasis on building heat and strength through a faster-paced, repetitive flow. Vinyasa typically is thought of as being more about the physical practice, and while I have a certification in it, I find great value in slowing things down and facilitating a real connection between mind, body, and spirit.
The gentle flows that I teach are inspired by Hatha yoga, but the movement is more slow and steady. Gentle flows encourage you to move slowly and mindfully through the practice like a moving meditation, and there can be more of an emphasis on exploring some floor-based poses. As with all yoga I teach, I weave kriya and meditation throughout the practice, giving an opportunity to create a reflective pause, go inward, and become more familiar with your body.
Gentle flows are great for people recovering from an injury, surgery or if you’re working through any health issues. An example of this could be autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammation, cancer, and more. They’re also great if you’re elderly or if you’re just looking for a slower-paced practice.

Coaching is a proactive approach looking for ways to get you into action to change your behavior and create new results in your life. A coach will examine your behavior today, challenge you to develop new behaviors, and then hold you accountable. A coach will listen as well as care about your feelings, but will not allow you to use how you feel as an excuse to justify your behavior. A coach will always support you in moving forward and creating amazing results.
Coaching is the foundation for successful organizations and individuals committed to building leadership competence, creating extraordinary lives, and relationships. In coaching we take your current situation as well as your results, then ask the questions that is are necessary to move you forward in transformation.
I suggest we start with getting clear on what's important to you currently in your life. We will evaluate what has worked and what has not worked in the past. Here we can create new ways of relating within the domains of your choice. We will also focus on what's stopping you from creating and having the life of your dreams. After our initial interview, we will create a personalized vision statement based on the information you share with me. This will support you in manifesting your vision. Through experiential exercises we will introduce your vision statement numerous times during our coaching relationship.
We will design a Personal Strategic Plan (PSP) that will set up a timeline and a measurable goals based on what it is that you want to create in your life.
Assist you to think bigger, smarter or differently
Ensure that you set better goals and reach them

When committed to change of any kind like these 21 day programs, it is easy to notice all the ways in which we sellout on ourselves. Selling out on ourselves is a foundational piece to living a life full of regrets and operating from a place of unconsciousness. Yuck! In this program we are ripping the band-aid off and digging deep into what it takes to live a life fully conscious; conscious of it all. This program was designed with a deep understanding that as humans we must practice positive daily habits or rituals, such as yoga, to make a positive impact so that transformation can occur.
* Fear and anxiety has taken over
*Stuck in unhealthy patterning and wanting to shift
*Feeling out of control
*Not sure how to start experiencing freedom in life
*Unsure of what the future holds
On this journey you will experience a deep understanding of the ways in which we can begin to rewire the brain in 21-days by integrating a few daily practices. As a result, you will begin to operate from the place deep within your heart rather than your mind. I’m here to support you these 21 days we will also get to remember that we have everything that is needed within us and only need support in uncovering it.

Our first session will be in person and will go about two hours unless we are in different locations, in which case I’ll be available through Zoom Meetings. This session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin to explore what it is you are wanting to create in your life. You will get an experience into transformation coaching, and what it’s all about.
The following sessions will be limited to an hour and a half each time. During that time we will practice yoga including; Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation, EFT (emotional freedom techniques; tapping), Asana, along with personal development coaching. Everybody has different goals and challenges so personalizing the remainder of your program will be essential for your success.
During an Access Bars session, a practitioner lightly holds specific points on your head which, when held, dissipate the electromagnetic component of thoughts feelings and emotions.
For most people, it is the first time that they actually allow themselves to receive without obligation and consideration. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life that you are willing to change.
Everyone is different so there is no “normal” Access Bars session. Every session will be different, every time, even with the same practitioner.
What is most often reported is that there is sense of complete relaxation and many people go to sleep – even in a very noisy environment. Some people have images come to them, others feel sensations in their body such as buzzing, tingling, warmth, twitches or shivers.
People report many different effects. Receiving Access Bars begins to undo limitations at their source by undoing the unconsciousness that creates limitations. At worst, receiving a session will leave you feeling like you had a great massage; at best, your whole life may change.
Access Bars has already assisted thousands of people to change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and more. It is the very core of Access Consciousness and it can be something that will assist you in creating greater ease with everything.
The best way to find out what Access Bars can be and do for you is to try it yourself!
